Order: an order confirmation will be sent to your email address once you have completed your order. You will find all information about the products, the price, the billing address and the delivery address in the confirmation.

Delivery: Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days, it may vary depending on the legal status of our products with our suppliers.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to info@marislokala.com . Weekend orders are sent no later than the following Monday.

When using your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. We want all messages to be sent to info@marislokala.com. It is imperative that your message is clear and includes your name, address, email address, order number and the goods being returned. You must return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory fourteen days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the goods when they are returned. As a result, the goods should be sent well packed and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the item’s original value when the item was used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and for which you have broken the seal (sealing)

How will you handle a complaint? It is important to always report any problems or errors to info@marislokala.com. Enter your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. If we are unable to remedy the fault or supply an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of approved complaints, we are responsible for the return shipping. If it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation, we reserve the right to reject a complaint. We follow the General Complaints Board’s rules for complaints, which can be found at arn.se.

Limitation of liability: We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays or errors arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s control (Force) including shipping.
